Pricing and payment
A paint code lookup costs £3.99. The final price is shown before you complete your order.
Payment is processed using the payment methods available at checkout. Your order will be processed once payment has been completed and the information required to carry out the lookup has been provided.
The service and delivery
MyPaintCode.com searches for your car's original factory paint code using available vehicle information and data sources. Once you complete a lookup, your result is displayed directly on screen and sent to the email address you provide when placing your order.
Results are normally delivered within one minute. Please check that you have entered the correct email address, and check your junk or spam folder if the email does not arrive.
We cannot guarantee that a paint code will be found for every vehicle. If a lookup does not return a paint code, you will not be charged for that lookup. If payment has already been taken, the amount will be refunded.
